Calculation Methodology: Bullish signal when CCI < Historic Oversold Level; Bearish signal when CCI < Historic Overbought Level. Overbought/Oversold levels are unique to each stock

How to use this:
Elevated numbers of stocks hitting bullish signals may signal nearing short/medium-term bottoms for the broader market or a particular sector
Similarly, elevated numbers of bearish signals may signal nearing short/medium-term tops
Note that these peaks can be spiky and less reliable for finding tops/bottoms as technical indicators are short-term oriented
